TRACK YOUR PARCEL

You can track your parcel with the tracking number. We inform it after we shipped your parcel.

Please place your order on our online shop and pay with your favorite way you choose.

TAX

Tax is free due to ship out side of Japan.

ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES

We calculates shipping costs based on weight 500g. If the parcel is over 500g, we might ask you higher price than the price we showed. If any additional fees are assessed to receive your package, Ibuqui is in no way responsible for the additional charges.
We are not responsible for any other importation taxes, sales taxes or charges that may be levied at the delivery destination. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, contact your local customs office.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is the most important element to us. The customer may exchange or return an item within 7 days from the delivery date. In case we have supplied you with the wrong item we will fully refund your order including shipping costs. All returns must be sent by registered post (signed for delivery) only.
